A school service fee per family is charged each year and added to the family’s FACTS Tuition account. There is an opportunity to have this fee reimbursed by completing the expected number of service hours (based on the current grade of the family’s oldest enrolled child).

Submit this completed Service Hours Tracking Form (2023-2024) (printable) to the school office when you have reached your family's total expected hours or by July 31.
